Yes. There are no paid plans, no limit on team size and no card details. The terms say it is provided 'as is', with no warranties.
StaffOP does not need one. People join with a link and sign in with a username and password. If someone forgets their password, an admin makes them a new sign-in link. StaffOP sends only one email: the owner's password reset, to the address that the owner types in. The privacy notice says what happens to that address.
We use it only to run your rota. There are no analytics, nothing loads from other sites, and nothing is sold. The privacy notice lists what is kept, for how long and who handles it.
Only the owner's password reset. Notices about shifts, time off and swaps go to the inbox in StaffOP.
The owner closes it in Business settings, with their password and the name of the business. Download your payroll and hours first. The closing screen offers them. StaffOP then deletes everything about the business, including the accounts of its people, and signs everyone out. Copies in backups go after a few weeks, and the privacy notice says how long.
